Shipping policy

Estimated Delivery Times.

(Christmas period* All orders should be placed before Dec 13th to be received by Dec 25th. Standard postage may take 7 to 12 days currently depending on location.

Express Post orders should be placed before December 20th to be received before December 25th. Express postage may take 2 to 5 business days depending on location.)

All orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours. This may change during peak times; in which case we will notify you of any delays

All items are sent from Loch South Gippsland, Victoria and delivery times will vary, depending on your location, and peak seasons. Typically, standard shipping will arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

At the moment, Express Post does not guarantee next day delivery (this one is out of our hands). Although next day delivery is not guaranteed, usually items will be received within 1 to 2 business days.

 

What if my item has not arrived?

You will be provided with a tracking number when you make your purchase. so, you can check in as your package makes its way to you.

In the rare event that your item does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us. Factors such as time of year (for example Christmas time) or your location may cause delivery delays, but we will do everything we can to communicate this to you and get your item to you as soon as possible.
