Please note, we do not accept returns if you change your mind and no longer want the product due to food safety reasons.
However, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item: is not what you ordered; is missing items; is damaged during shipping; or does not get delivered.
We do make all efforts to ensure that goods arrive safely and undamaged in transit. Please contact our customer service team if you have any delivery problems, or if the package has been damaged on its way to you.
