The Holy Smokes Queen herself aka. April has always been passionate about good food, smokey meats and BBQ's, but was challenged when her kids came along who had allergies to additives in foods. She knew she needed to find a better alternative to their beloved rubs, hers & spices and started to make her own... with the kids help of course! What started as a small business in the backyard of Loch, Victoria has grown into a family owned business bringing tasteful smokey flavours to every dish to every Australian family. The best part is it can be enjoyed by EVERYONE as it contains no harmful aditives!
